Safeguarding statement
Last updated: [PLACEHOLDER — publish date]
UniDoodle is used by learners, many of whom are under 18. We take our safeguarding responsibilities seriously and design the service accordingly.
What we do
- No public profiles, direct messaging or social feed between students.
- Content is limited to exam-style academic material.
- Uploads are private to the student and the assigning teacher/organisation.
- AI feedback is filtered for safe, age-appropriate language.
Reporting a concern
If you have a safeguarding concern, email safeguarding@unidoodle.com. In an emergency contact your local police or child-protection service. [PLACEHOLDER — designated safeguarding lead & response SLA].
Schools & organisations
Schools remain the data controllers of their pupils' data. UniDoodle acts as processor for organisation-managed accounts. A Data Processing Agreement is available on request.
This is a working draft. Items marked [PLACEHOLDER] must be reviewed and completed by the UniDoodle team (and its legal advisers) before general availability.
